# The Slicer app for iPhone

> Slicer now comes as an iPhone app — the same screens, montage and editor as on the web, with gestures, the photo library and the system Share sheet.

Slicer is out as an iPhone app. It is the same service as in the browser — the same account, projects, montage and editor — but with gestures and the phone's features.

## What's new

-   **Media from your library.** Pick videos and photos straight from Photos or from Files.
-   **Gestures in the editor.** Reorder clips and move elements with a long press, auto-scroll at the screen edge, pinch to zoom the timeline.
-   **Precise trimming.** A clip edge can be nudged frame by frame and snaps to words.
-   **Moving elements by words.** Cards, callouts, push-ins, inserts and emoji move to other words.
-   **Share and the library.** The finished reel is saved to Photos and sent through the system menu.
-   **Haptics** on key actions.
