Operation prices
What each Slicer operation costs: the montage at a fixed price, editor AI operations at cost, what is free and when tokens come back.
All prices are in tokens. Slicer always names the price of a paid operation before it starts: it is on the button or in the confirmation sheet. A montage by the AI director has a fixed price — it is taken from Slicer's current catalog on this page. AI operations in the editor are charged at cost: what the AI service charges is what you pay, never more than shown (how it works).

Editor and AI
The price of each operation is shown before it starts. While it runs, the price is reserved on your balance, rounded up to a whole token — so you need at least one free token to start.

Always free
- An Edit it myself project: editing by hand, export with no watermark (up to 30 exports a day) and publishing to social media.
- Export with any settings and publishing to social media; upscaling to 2K and 4K the standard way (Standard).
- Picture in picture — windows with your own photos and videos over the reel.
- Manual edits in the editor: text, clips, speed and speed curves, volume and volume points, transitions, effects, animations, color, mask and its animation, background, chroma key, freeze frame, keyframes, music and beats, fitting music to the reel length, elements, titles, aspect ratio, cover.
- A media card with your own photo.
- Export for an editing app: the timeline, SRT captions and the source files.
- Cut pauses, Reduce noise, Enhance voice, Reverse, Stabilize, Smooth slow motion, Extract audio.
- Style changes: font, accent, captions, sound effects, intro push-in.
- Restoring a previous version of the reel.
- Captions from speech, Remove background and Follow the face on the device itself — in the app for iPhone, iPad and Mac.
- Follow the face when the AI montage has already found the face.
When tokens come back
- A montage, rebuild or retry failed — the reserve is returned in full, the project shows Tokens refunded.
- You stopped a run with Stop — the reserve is returned.
- An AI operation failed (transcription, avatar, translation, effect, face search, card image, object removal) — no tokens are charged.
- AI upscaling on export failed — the reel is upscaled the standard way and the reserve is returned.
- An assistant command changed nothing — No changes — no tokens charged.
- The AI service charged more than the price shown — Slicer pays the difference itself.
Packs
Tokens are bought in packs in the Balance section — Balance and packs. The bigger the pack, the cheaper a single reel.
