Ratings and problem reports
How to rate Slicer, report a problem with the AI edit, editor, export or payment, and where to see the team's reply.
On this page
If the AI cut something wrong, the editor behaved oddly or the export failed — write to us right from Slicer. The team gets the message at once, and the reply comes by email and shows up in My reports. And rating the app helps us see what works well.
The demo will appear here
Step 1 of 5
- Open the project's “⋯” menu and tap “Report a problem”
- Choose what's wrong — for example, “AI edit” — and describe what happened
- Add a screenshot and keep “Attach project data for diagnosis” on
- Tap “Send” — the message has gone to the Slicer team
- Profile → “My reports” — the status and the team's reply
Report a problem
Open the form
Report a problem is in the project's “⋯” menu, on the card of a failed edit or export, at the bottom of Help (Didn’t find an answer?) and in Profile. Opened from a project, the form already knows which project it's about and picks what's wrong from the latest run.
Describe the problem
Choose what's wrong: AI edit, Editor, Export and publishing, AI operation, Payment or Other — and describe what you did and what happened instead (at least 10 characters). You can add up to three screenshots.
Attach project data
Attach project data for diagnosis is on by default: the team will see the project status, the latest run, its stages and error codes. Video and the reel's text are not sent. Turn it off if you prefer.
Send it
Send — the Slicer team gets the message, and the reply comes to your account's email.
My reports
Profile → My reports — all your messages with their status (New, In progress, Resolved, Closed) and the team's reply.
Rate Slicer
Sometimes after a successful export Slicer asks How do you like Slicer?: give one to five stars and, if you like, write what you like or miss. Not now postpones the question; after three refusals Slicer stops asking. You can rate at any time too — Profile → Rate Slicer.
The rating and review go to the Slicer team.
The rating and review go to the Slicer team, and then iOS may offer to rate the app on the App Store — in its own window. The App Store rating doesn't depend on the stars in Slicer; iOS shows that window at most three times a year.
Good to know
- Messages and reviews are stored encrypted, and only the Slicer team reads them — Data storage.
- An urgent payment question — check Troubleshooting first.
